Go to the play store or apple store and download the HobyClean Customer App. Create and activate your account through the system generated email sent to your inbox or junk mail. Return to the app and login, setting your default address.

Place your order:
select from the different service categories (Laundry & Dryclean; Wash N Fold; Subscription Basket); add items to your shopping cart, select your preferred service provider, check your delivery address, select your preferred mode of payment (cash on pick-up, mobile money, debit/credit cards), and make your order.

Pick-up and Delivery:
wait for up to 15 minutes to get your clothes picked-up and delivered back to you between 24 to 48 hours. Track your order via the mobile app. Feel free to contact your service provider directly from the app.
